n buses and (36-2) = 34 students per bus  give this inequality

    34n >= 232.

The minimal possible integer n is  n >=  = 6.82.

so the minimal possible integer n should be 7.  


CHECK.  34*7 = 238, which is more than 232, so  n = 7  is the solution.
