W^2 + 0.4W - 10.4 = 0


Solve this quadratic equation using the quadratic formula.


ANSWER.  The width W is 3.03 m;  The height is  3.03+0.4 = 3.43 m.


CHECK.  3.03*3.43 = 10.394 m^2,  which is good, taking rounding into account.
