I'll do the first one for you. Follow the steps:

1. Write f(x) in place of y

f( x) = x2 + 1

Take out the x's and replace x on the right with (  ) 

f(  ) = (  )2 + 1

In the blank parentheses put -3

f(-3) = (-3)2 + 1

Leave the left side as it is.  For (-3)2, Square -3 and get 9.
Write 9 in place of (-3)2

f(-3) = 9 + 1

Add the 9 and 1 and get 10

f(-3) = 10

That is the answer.  Now do all the others exactly the same way.
