What value of 'c' would make x^2+2/3x+c a perfect square trinomial ?
x^2 + (2/3)x + c
Complete the square:
x^2 + (2/3)x + [(2/3)/2]^2
x^2 + (2/3)x + (1/3)^2
x^2 + (2/3)x + (1/9)
c= 1/9
