since her polynomial is not with integer coefficients.
To get a correct answer, you should multiply that polynomial by 2 to rid of the denominator.
So, a correct answer is f(x) = 2x^2 -3x - 14.
You may use any integer multiple of the last polynomial, too, for example
4x^2 - 6x - 28,
or
6x^2 - 9x - 42.
They define DIFFERENT QUADRATIC FUNCTIONS, but they all HAVE THE ASSIGNED ZEROES.

By the way, the question in your post is posed INCORRECTLY.
It asks about " the function ", but in reality, there are MANY such functions;
actually, even INFINITELY MANY.
