To answer the question, you need to solve this quadratic equation

    h(t) = 0,


or

    -16t^2 + 64t = 64.


So, simplify the equation

    t^2 - 4t + 4 = 0

     = 0


and find the root  t = 2.


ANSWER.  In 2 seconds, the height will be 64 feet.
