Just simply rewrite the given equation to its standard form of quadratic equation then find the value of a, b and c
x^2 + 2 = 5 - 2x^2

Move the terms from the right to the left side, changing the sign.


Then combine common terms.


You will get


    3x^2 - 3 = 0.


It is just in the standard form.


    a= 3, b= 0, c= -3.
