This is 0.7<0.3 x or 3x>7 x > 7/3
and
0.3x < 1.9
3x < 19
x < (19/3)
check with x=4 should work 0.1<0.6< 1.3
x=2 should not work 0.1<0<1.3 does not work
x=7 should not work 0.1<1.5<1.3 does not work
( 7/3 < x < 19/3)
