How do I determine the quadratic equation when the vertex is (3,-4) and the given point is (2,1)?
Vertex form of a quadratic function: 
------- Substituting (3, - 4) for (h, k), and (2, 1) for (x, y)
1 = a - 4 ====> a = 5
