the personnel manager of a roller skates company knows that the company's weekly revenue is a function of price of each roller skates, modeled by, where x represents weekly revenue in tens of thousands of dollars. a job applicant promises the manager an advertising campaign guaranteed to generate $190 000 in weekly revenue. explain why the applicant will or will not be hired in the advertising department.
this is what i have figured out so far:
x= price of a pair of skates
R=weekly revenue
