point slope formula
y-y1=m(x-x1), where m=slope and x1,y1 are coordinates of the point. Watch signs, because we are subtracting.
y-7=2(x-3)
y-7=2x-6
add 7 to both sides
y=2x+1. That is slope intercept form.
When x=3 y=7.
