Question 1033660: what is the nearest integer to the x-coordinate of the vertex of the function
f(x)=6x^2 + 13x - 5?

The x-coordinate of the minimum (or maximum) point of a parabola, its vertex, is found by
x = -b/2a
Here that would be
x = -13/12
The nearest integer to that would be -1.
