Question 1033531: I need to rent a Uhaul Truck to move my piano to my new home. The truck is 11 feet tall and 7 feet wide. The problem is that my new house has a tunnel on the driveway and it seems really small. I am not sure the truck will fit though the tunnel. The arch can be modeled by: y= -.0625x^2+ 1.25x+5.75
1. Will the truck fit through? Explain and support mathematically
2. What is the maximum width that a truck 11 ft tall can have and still make it under the arch?
3. What is the maximum height that a truck 7 feet wide can have and still make it under the arch?

Here's your graph. At 11 feet you get a width of 6 1/2 feet. Use the graph to figure out the others just like I did.
