How to solve the equation x^2-15x +50=0 . Write the answers in ascending order.

Factor left side polynomial:

 = (x-5*)(x-10).

Then your equation becomes 

(x-5*)(x-10) = 0.

It has the roots 5 and 10.

They are the roots of the original equation too.
