60.5/.4=151.25 FEET PER SECOND.
3600 SECONDS PER HOUR.
151.25*3600=544.500 FEET PER HOUR
5280 FEET PER MILE
544.500/5280=103.125 MPH FOR THE SPEED OF THE BALL.

You know that there are 5280 feet in a mile.
You can find the distance in miles that the ball traveled from the pitchers mound to the plate by dividing.

now you find how many hours elapsed
note that 60 seconds in a min and 60 mins in an hour
now by dividing the time by the distance you can find the mph of the ball

the ball traveled aprox 103 mph
