You can put this solution on YOUR website!
13x=104inch --> x=104inch%2F13 --> x=8inch
So the horizon is 8x=8%2A%288inch%29=highlight%2864inch%29 above the bottom of the mural

The wording is tough. By the height of
the horizon, i think they mean from the
bottom of the painting to where the
sky meets the land.
-------------------
Let +x+ = the height of the land , or from
bottom of painting to where land meets sky
+104+-+x+ = the height of the sky , or
from horizon to top of painting
-------------------
+8%2F5+=+x+%2F+%28+104+-+x+%29+
Multiply both sides by +5%2A%28+104+-+x+%29+
+8%2A%28+104-x+%29+=+5x+
+832+-+8x+=+5x+
+13x+=+832+
+x+=+64+
The horizon is 64 in high
check:
+8%2F5+=+x+%2F+%28+104+-+x+%29+
+8%2F5+=+64+%2F+%28+104+-+64+%29+
+8%2F5+=+64+%2F+40+
+8%2F5+=+8%2F5+
OK
