You can put this solution on YOUR website! Double check the percent we are finding...it's odd to have 0.8%. When finding percentages, take the percent out of percent form and turn it into a decimal. To do so, divide the percent provided by 100.
0.8%/100= .008
Then multiply the new decimal by the number you are trying to find the percentage of, 35.
35*.008=0.28
Just double check the original problem...it's odd to see them provide you with "0.8%" to solve.
