FRACTIONS ARE ALWAYS A PAIN WHEN TRYING TO SOLVE A PROBLEM!!! THE FIRST THING YOU NEED TO DO IS TO GET RID OF THE FRACTIONS, IF YOU CAN IN A PROBLEM. IN YOUR PROBLEM, YOU MUST MULTIPLY EACH SIDE OF YOUR EQUATION BY 9. AFTER YOU DO THIS, YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING EQUTION : 9X - 15 + 18 = 5 ---->>>> 9X + 3 = 5 ---->>>> 9x = 2 ---->>>> x = 2/9 I HOPE THIS HELPS YOU!?
