I have no idea. And neither will anyone else. Does the hand measure 5 inches from wrist to the tip of the middle finger or across from pinkie to thumb? (and if so, are the fingers spread or not?). Then you don't say anything about the proportions of a snowman. Was the snowman created to the normal human proportions of an average adult male? average adult female? male or female child of some particular age? The point is, I could build a 2 foot high snowman with a 5" hand -- the hand being too large in proportion, or I could build a 7 foot snowman with a 5" hand, the hand being too small in proportion. But who has ever established the specifications for the proportions of a snowman?
