Is there some reason you feel the need to shout at us? Typing in all CAPS is the electronic equivalent of shouting. It is both rude and annoying. Please stop it.

As to your problem, take the number of Jazz records sold in April and multiply by .02. Then round down to the next lower whole number if necessary. (no one sold a fraction of a record, so you have to round the answer)
