I dont get how to do any of these I get how you times the top left corner w/ the bottom right corner and the bottom left coner w/the upper right corner but after those steps I dont get also heres a problem im on.

65%2F10+=+13%2Fx Cross-multiply. This means, multiply both sides by x then multiply both sides by 10.
65x+=+10%2813%29 Simplify.
65x+=+130 Divide both sides by 65
x+=+2

I assume that there is a typo in the second problem and you really meant to type:
3%2F8+=+12%2Fx Try this yourself. Cross-multiply, first by x then by 8, then you can solve for x.
