This is 27^(2/3)*(x^6)^(2/3)
27^(2/3) is the cube root of 27 (which is 3) squared, or 9
One could also say it is the cube root of 27 squared or the cube root of 729, but that is more difficult.
x^6 raised to the 2/3 power is x^4, using the product rule of exponents, 6*(2/3)=4
9x^4.
