Let x be the number of days at the campground.

Then the number of days at the hotel is (10-x).


You pay 60*(10-x) dollars for staying at the hotel and 15*x dollars for the campground.


In all,

60*(10-x) + 15*x = 330   dollars.


It is your equation, and the setup is done.


Now simplify the equation and solve it for x.
