So it's a 3-digit number.  We'll come back to that clue later.

My units digit is one-fourth my tens digit.

So it's either _41 or _82.

So it's either 241 or 482.

The product of my three digits contains one of my digits.

The product of the digits of 241 is 2*4*1 = 8
The product of the digits of 482 is 4*8*2 = 64

8 doesn't contain one of the digits of 241.
64 contains the digit 4 which is the first digit of 482.

Answer: 482
