Question 941497: What is the domain of g(x)= x+7/x^2-8x+15?
Answer by srinivas.g(540) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
denominator = x^2-8x+15
on factorizing the denominator
=
=
the above expression becomes 0 , when x= either 3 or 5
for the function to exist, denominator should not be 0
hence domain is all real number expect 3 & 5
Result : Domain = R-{3,5}
R= all near numbers set
