You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Question:

2x + 4(x+1) = 6(x+2/3)

Remove the paranthisis

==> 2x+%2B+4%2Ax%2B+4%2A+1++=+6%2Ax+%2B+6+%2A+%282%2F3%29

==> 2x+%2B+4x%2B+4+=+6x+%2B+2+%2A+2+

==> 2x+%2B+4x%2B+4+=+6x+%2B+4+

==> 6x + 4 = 6x + 4

Here you can see that both sides are equal. So you cannot proceed the problem further.
