No idea. We do not know how the point units are distributed among assignments and tests and final examination. We do not know how many point units is your final examination.

90% of 455 is (0.90)(455)=409.5.
You need to earn 409.5-403=6.5, better to say 7 point units.

The trouble is that, if you only take the final examination and earn 7 point units on it, this is probably too small a score on the exam compared to be number of point units that the exam would be worth. Are you expected to earn a D or F on the final examination and earn 90% of your course point units?

Best advice would be ask your teacher.
