The equation of the line through (x1,y1) and slope 'm' is given by:
y - y1 = m(x - x1)
Here m = -3 and x1 = 0, y1 = 2
Thus the equation is y - 2 = -3(x - 0)
==> y - 2 = -3x
==> y = -3x + 2 [adding 2 to both the sides]
This is in slope intercept form
