PERIMETER=2L+2W
L=5+1.5W
195=2(5+1.5W)+2W
195=10+3W+2W
195-10=5W
5W=185
W=185/5
W=37 FEET FOR THE WIDTH.
L=5+1.5*37
L=5+55.5
L=60.5 FEET FOR THE LENGTH.
PROOF:
195=2*60.5+2*37
195=121+74
195=195
