Posting ~20 questions is highly discouraged. I will solve a few for you but I'll leave it to you to do the rest.

1. x - 16.31 = 0
Add 16.31 to both sides
x = 16.31

3. -5x = -20
Divide both sides by -5 (or multiply both sides by -1/5)
x = 4

7. 55 = 10x - 5
Add 5 to both sides to get 60 = 10x. Divide both sides by 10 to get x = 6.
