a cable hangs between two poles that are 24 feet apart. The height of the cable (in feet) is given by the equation.

h(x)=12(e^0.02x + e^-0.02x)
where -12< x<12 and x is the horizontal position (in feet).
Question: Find the height of the cable at either pole.
PLEASE SHOW ME ON WHAT DID YOU PUT ON YOUR CALCULATOR! SO I CAN UNDERSTAND IT.

On my desktop calculator, its INV LN, since and are inverses of each other.
In EXCEL, it's =EXP(0.24)+EXP(-0.24).
