This equation is the universal gas law, if you are interested :-)
To solve for T, you need to divide each side of the equation by what is multiplying T, namely, nR. This is a legal operation since you are doing it to both sides of the equation... hence the equality is maintained.
You can cancel the nR terms on the right side of the equation, giving you:
