Questions are asked and answered anonymously to protect the privacy of students and tutors.
We do not know anything about you, or what questions you have asked.
We only know the questions that we read and the question numbers the website assigned to those questions.
If you where asking when question number ____ will be answered, maybe we could tell you.

Tutors answer some questions when they can and feel like it.
There are lots of questions and not all questions get answered, because there is only so much we can do.
I assume the website will automatically email you when and if your question is answered. The website automatically emails me when someone thanks me for an answer, and it includes in that email the email address the student used when registering. Then, I could respond by email, but I only do it when needed.

If you entered a "thank you note" through the website (as a thank you for this answer, not as a question), I would get the email address you used when you registered and could respond by email.
Some students are using that procedure to ask me extra questions. (I try to help those who use that procedure, but will ignore those who abuse it).
