the two numbers are -20 and 2
so you put it in this format.
5b^2-20b+2b-8
you factor by grouping next and get
5b(b-4)+2(b-4)
If you did it correctly you should get the same equation in the parenthesis.
than you add the 5b+2 into it
final solution-
(5b+2)(b-4)
