Mike bought some shirts for $15 each. Joe bought three less than Mike for $18 each. Together they spent $111. How many shirts did each person buy?
-----------
15M + 18(M-3) = 111
33M - 54 = 111
M = 5 shirts for Mike
--> 2 for Joe
