Dist = speed * time
2(8) = 16 km traveled by Car A
2Vb km traveled by car B

The is a pythag type problem; a^2 + b^2 = c^2, where:
a = 16
b = 2Vb
c = 200
therefore:
16^2 + (2Vb)^2 = 200^2
256 + 4Vb^2 = 40000
4Vb^2 = 40000 - 256
4Vb^2 = 39744
Vb^2 = 39744/4
Vb^2 = 9936
Vb =
Vb = 99.68 km/hr
