Rewrite 1st equation as -2x+3y=9
-2x+3y=9(3)
-3x+y=10(-2)
-6x+9y=27
+6x-2y=-20
7y=7
y=1
-2x+3(1)=27
-2x+3=27
-2x=24
x=-12
(-12,1); 1 solution
