Question 727377: Without solving , which method would you choose to solve each system: graphing , subsitution or elimination?
y=2x-5
4y+8x=15

y is already isolated. So you can plug in y = 2x - 5 into the second equation to get 4(2x-5) + 8x = 15

Then you solve for x. After you get the value of x, you use it to find y (by plugging the solution you found for x into y = 2x - 5)

So this all shows that substitution is the easiest to use in this problem.
