A=adult tickets
C=children tickets
Total tickets sold =36
A+C=36
2.80 times the amount of adult tickets equals how much total money was received for the adults
Same goes for children total and adding both total amounts to get her gets you the total amount of money received for the night at 71.80
2.80A+1.80C=71.80
Those are your 2 equations this can be solved by substitution or elimination method
