I have used the perimeter and area formula and i can't get the right answer. can someone help and explain to me how to solve this problem?

How far in 3 seconds? That is the circumference. 2*pi*r=Circumference. Find r. You already know circumference. Circumf=(175/sec.)*3*60*sec.
