Gerald earns $100 per week selling magazines. For each subscription he sells, he earns 1/4 of his total sales. If he wants to earn at least $500 next week, how much does he need to sell?
----------------
His commission has to be at least $400 ($500 - $100)
$400 is 1/4 of his sales
Sales*(1/4) = $400
Sales = $1600 to make $500/wk
"at least" means that much or more
Sales >= $1600
>= is greater than or equal to
