4d-3c=-3. Using the elimination method.
subtracting the both equations we get
-3d=0
d=0
put value of d in any equation
d-3c=-3
(0)-3c=-3
-3c=-3
c=1
for checking put back the values of c & d in any equation then left hand side will be equal to right hand side
