3y= -2x+9 set x equal to 0 to find the y intercept
3y=9 divide by 3
y=3
y-intercept is (0,3)
----
3y= -2x+9 set y equal to 0 to find the x intercept
0=-2x+9 add -9 to both sides
-9=-2x divide by -2
9/2=x
x-intercept is (9/2, 0)
