Question 660538: 1 mile in 4 min.
Answer by jim_thompson5910(35256)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
4 min = 4/60 hr

4 min = 1/15 hr
-----------------------------

d = rt

1 = r*(1/15)

1*15 = r

15 = r

r = 15

So your speed is 15 miles an hour.
