Answer by Shana-D77(132) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Set up a proportion. This goes the same every time:
hours/feet = hours/feet
6/4200 = hours/5950
or
6/4200 = x/5950
cross multiply to solve proportions:
4200x = 35700
Divide both sides by 4200:
x = 8.5 hours
