-5x + 4y = 38

 y = (5/4)x + 38/4

y-intercept(when x = 0) is 38/4 = 19/2



y = mx + b

Line slope of 5 and passes through (-2, 6).

 y = 5x + b

+6+=+5%2A-2+%2B+b

16 = b

y = 5x + 16
