b) the second is a club, given that the first is a club
c) the second card is a 9, given that the first card was a 3

a) The probability of drawing a diamond on the first draw is 13/52 or 1/4. But on the second draw, given that the first was a diamond, the probability is 12/51. These are two independent events so the total probability is the product of the two individual probabilities.
