My answers for the last two problems, 13 and 14, are 203.6 cm^2 and 307.8 in^2.

SA of the cylinder = 2*pi*r*h = 2*3*5.1*pi = 30.6pi sq cm
SA of the cone = pi*r*s = 25.2*pi
Total = 55.8pi =~ 175.3 sq cm
