P=2%2815%29%2B2%288%29 Plug in L=15 and W=8.


P=30%2B2%288%29 Multiply 2 and 15 to get 30.


P=30%2B16 Multiply 2 and 8 to get 16.


P=46 Add 30 to 16 to get 46.


So the perimeter is 46 units.
