Step 1: Degrees remain the same. 60 degrees.
Step 2: Multiply the decimal by 60. The whole number will be minutes:
.125*60 = 7.5. That's 7 minutes.
Step 3: Multiply the decimal portion of the Step 2 result by 60. The result is seconds.
.5*60=30


60 degrees 7 minutes 30 seconds.
